RELEASE & LIABILITY WAIVER

NOOBA reserves the right to cancel the tournament at anytime. If a tournament is cancelled all money paid to NOOBA by an entrant will be refunded. All participants are assumed to be voluntarily undertaking physical activities associated with participating in the tournaments and in doing so the participant assumes all risk, consequences and potential liability. NOOBA and its employees and volunteers will not be held responsible for any accident, illness,death or other consequences arising or resulting directly or indirectly from participating in a NOOBA tournament.

NOOBA will use images and photos of activities at the tournament for the purpose of promoting the tournament including promotion on the NOOBA website. Players can be immediately expelledfrom a NOOBA Tournament by the judiciary committee upon breach of Code of Conduct.

If playing in a NOOBA Tournament you are not a member of the National One-On-One Basketball Association. You are an individual participating in a

tournament run by NOOBA (National One-On-One Basketball (association). NOOBA is not responsible for a player at any time during or after a tournament and will not take responsibility for a players actions at any time.

I agree to adhere to the rules and regulations set out by the World One-on-One Basketball Association and the National One-on-One Basketball Association and I understand that any deviation from or breach of these rules may lead to my immediate expulsion from the tournament and from NOOBA.
